Sceneo TVcentral

The latest beta includes a plugin for Sceneo TVcentral.

I couldn't test it, because I have no TVcentral license and the demo-key was never delivered to me. So it would be nice if someone else can test this plugin and report if it is working.

You have to enable "external messages" in TVcentral's remote setup to make this plugin work.

The code for AV is 41 not 38. The codes 37, 38, 42-51, 54, 55 are not implemented in TVcentral (TVcentral version 4.1.1.0). I will ask in their forum if the codes could be added.

I changed the plugin and added a few more codes. Not all are useable. I included an input-configfile for TVcentral to use more commands.

I have included the changes of the plugin's .py in the latest beta. But for the TVcentral config files I will need to modify the installer. I will try it the next days (and hopefully they send me a demo-key now).
