This means the steps to delete (or at least to disable) the actions Enable exclusive:OS Menu, Disable DVBViewer(2), Disable Start Program:MCE, Disable XBMC ...(and so on) and Enable:Context Folder and Enable:UltraMon.
Although the truth is that your configuration is strange.
I do not understand why, along with that action Enable exclusive you are also using the Disable actions ...
Also, I do not see the use of complementary actions Enable exclusive.
The actions Enable exclusive always used in pairs (or triplets, etc.).

Right, if i don't use enable exclusive it's better. The reason i use it is because i use the Go button on my remote and by default it's supposed to start MCE. From time to time there was a bug and MCE would start instead of the OsMenu popin' up hence the use of enable exclusive.
