It still seems that some thing is wrong.
I downloaded the new version but eventghost complained on the path to the langue file so I changed it in the XML to "C:\Screamer\Screamer Radio\languages\......." insted of only "languages\.." Now I can start screamer från EG but when I execute the command for play I get a new error

That's odd.
Please try several times, including a new startup ScreamerRadio.
Error occurs every time you try?
Please attach your file "screamer.xml".

I have tried this many times, with restarts of EG and screamer but I get the same error.

So it will probably be difficult.
According to XML, it seems that you have ScreamerRadio installed in C:\Screamer\Screamer Radio.
I installed the SR into the same folder and I used your xml file.
Then I started SR and tested the plugin. It works without problems.
Only when I will able to induce your problem on my computer, then I'll hopefully be able to fix the "bug" (really just a plugin causing the problem?).
What is your operating system?
Do you have a chance to try it on another computer?
Have you tried the program Radio?Sure! ?
