Open file from dropbox

I use my ipad to download torrent files to a directory on my dropbox. I use directorywatcher to watch this directory from my computer. What i want to do is get my computer to open the torrent i just downloaded from the ipad to the dropbox...
Does anubody know how to do this?

My torrent program, uTorrent, has a setting to automatically open/load any torrent files from a certain directory on my PC.
I have it set to open files in My Documents/Dropbox/Torrents folder.

I think most torrent clients have the same option.
Might look for it under options/directories.
